W-2s are generated using a “snapshot” of your profile taken in late December. If you moved and updated your address in PeopleHub in January, your digital W-2 will still show the old address. Don’t worry—the IRS only cares about your Name and SSN matching, not the address on the form.
Can my manager update my direct deposit for me?
No. For strict security and anti-fraud reasons, managers do not have access to change an employee’s direct deposit routing numbers. You must log into PeopleHub and make the change yourself, or call the HR Helpdesk for assistance.
